Receive quilts at Danville Congregational church. Ensure that each quilt is labelled properly with Owner's name and description on the quilt. 

• "Tag" the quilt for the section that it will be displayed in at the quilt show
• Ensure we have all contact information for the quilt owner
• Ensure the quilt owner or a designate will be available to pick up the quilt from Shadelands Community Center for the Arts - or document what/when the pre-arranged quilt collection process will be.
